Fancy Shadow Box Frame

I absolutely love this frame!  I had plans for it instantly as soon as it arrived in my order!  I added some felt rub-ons as well as some burlap and stamped cricut cut shapes.  All of the products shown here are form Close to My Heart.  I am really pleased with how this turned out and it has now taken up residence on my wall in my new living room!!!

Ideas for Christmas Party Favours!

Seems kinda crazy to posy something about Christmas already but I just had to share!  My partner and I have bout a new house and we are going to celebrate Christmas at our house this year!  I was playing with my cricut and these were a few ideas I had for putting at everyone's table setting!  I am not done creating yet wait till you see the table crackers I am going to make the kids are very excited about filling them with goodies!

This is the first layout I created with my ScrapnwithFlair June Kit.  It is beautiful and full of products from FabScraps Line!  There was no shortage of ideas so stay tuned for more fun ideas I came up with.  I will also be doing a tutorial and posting it later this week! I have been working on my friends wedding album and I had to use some of this paper for her book the colours matched perfectly!  All of the products in the layout were from the kit!  I coloured the flowers with Lindy's stamp gang mist, soooo pretty!  The word Love was cut out with the cricut!

Flower Swap

OHHH this was fun!  I am participating in my first ever flower swap run by Elysia at http://mischievouscrafts.blogspot.ca/.  She matched me up with a partner Amy Yingling at http://amythecraftybooknerd.blogspot.ca/  I am new at this so I was a bit nervous, yikes!  Anyway put the flowers in the mail today I hope she likes what i made... I did not make a box to put them in, i was pressed for time, sorry Amy, but I did make more than the 12 that were required!  I have to say this was all really fun and I will for sure to this again.

Celebrate

I used Close to My Heart Footloose paper and cardstock, Cricut the letters and CTMH wood shapes and jewels.  The wood shapes are fun to use and add some real dimension to the page. Don't be afraid to layer them for a fun look!

is called Lucy, and comes with some adorable rub-ons that have sparkle...so cute!

Making 3D paper flowers from cricut cut outs is not so easy the first time

I have found when rolling them a small dot of liquid glass about every
3cm is veryhelpful in keeping them together in just the right way.

Then finish off with a big dot at the end and hold it down top to bottom till set!

Have fun with them they are so adorable!

Color Me Scrappy Design team inspiration spin off!

This was the second layout I did for the color-me-scrappy.blogspot.com design team, the first one will be posted on their blog!  I loved the idea of a colour challenge we had 5 colours in a pallet create a layout that contained all the colours.  What great fun!  I used a mix of basic grey and close to my heart products in this one!

Lovley Cluster

I love creating cute clusters of embellishments! The trick to sucess is all in the arrangment!  I made this card for my sweetie, I used colour-core paper and distressed with some sandpaper, the cuts were all created by my cricut Art Philosphy Cartridge and Cricut Alphabet that came on my Expression 2 machine, and a the cluster came from an assortment of Maya Road goodies.  Enjoy!

Fun with Buttons and Banners

I was having some fun with some leftovers of some old product and my new cricut!  This is what I came up with!  I love colour core paper and what you can do with it!
